With all due respect, the last two days I only see you bitching on peoples promotions who are by one or two persons linked with Remco. If you have a problem with him, fix it with him, but leave the students alone who I vowed for, these guys are dedicating there entire personal lives for Jiu Jitsu and breathing the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle. Who are you to question them? You are even questioning my blue belt. I don’t feel the need to protect myself against someone who i consider a troll or just a fanatic who wants his name to be remembered as the beltchecker sheriff.

This is Beltchecker. If I am to check a belt, I go up in the lineage to see if it holds. And to be honest, it seems you got yourselves somewhat of a mess with some of the dutch lineages involving Remco, who seems to have been more eager to get belts out there than his current degrees could back up without acting as a proxy with Draculino as the actual promoting instructor. Which I really think you should ask him if he was, as it would actually fix this whole mess and no doubt make for very legit lineages according to all commonly used standards. I am in contact with some of them and hope they will soon be able to adjust this.

So you are saying that I am making a mess with my students and history because I trained under Remco till 15 years ago when our paths took a different direction. c’mon you can’t be serious about that. Use some common sense man.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I've downvoted anyone you have promoted based on you having written that you got promoted to blue by Remco 20 years ago, before he was a purple belt. Have I? Checking your profile more carefully, I actually see that even if the blue belt is adjusted to when Remco got purple belt, eveything is legit for your current degree.
