Sharad Dugar, a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Arun Sharma, Founder of BJJ India and Professor Rodrigo Teixeira 5th Degree Black Belt from GFTeam, he started his martial arts education with Wing Chun, a form of Chinese Kung Fu. He began his journey with Sports and Fitness 30 years ago. Since 2010, he is studying various forms of martial arts under Professor Arun Sharma such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali and Yoga, along with Wing Chun and Qi Gong from Foshan China under direct Ip-Man lineage. Sharad is an associate combat trainer for NSG. He is also a personal Fitness Coach and a certified Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun instructor.
