Give me an example of inconsistent voting. And either way, my inconsistency doesn't change me disagreeing with your phantom stripes. You know you were awarded multiple internet stripes on the same day, so I'm not sure why you disagree with the content of my downvote.

By the way, even if we accepted your fake stripes, you didn't spend enough time at those stripes to then get real promoted to the next one by the time criteria you say you hold other people to. It probably makes you feel better downvoting legitimate black belts but maybe just work on improving yourself.

So what did you work on to deserve the last stripe on YOUR belt, considering it's a stripe automatically given by Beltchecker with the only criteria being you haven gotten three years older (and not necessarily wiser) since your last stripe? Would it be just as legit to you if I instead had claimed my stripe 1-2 that way, spaced out evenly over time?

I worked on producing multiple National and Pan AM medalist, growing my gym, developing my understanding of teaching by doing a pedagogy fellowship with my PhD and also worked on developing the upper belts that work with me into good instructors as well as competitors. In order to facilitate that, I also worked on rounding out my knowledge of jiu jitsu and MMA by branching out and training with more people and trying to learn from more groups than I had previously. I probably made more advancements in those 3 years than the 3 before it, tbh, and I hope the next three is similar. What I didn't spend my time doing was making new criteria for skipping degrees on my belt like you did, so maybe my time was wasted according to your revealed preferences

Back to making stuff up again? Man. Your dad does need fix his profile though, as he also claims multiple stripes on the same day. If you guys fix your promotion history I will change my vote, but as long as you are claiming illegitimate stripes based on multiple promotions a day the downvotes remain no matter how upset you are.

You could be honest like your dad and just say that your instructor didn't give you those stripes, he just allows you to claim them but he didn't "promote" you, the passive passage of time did. No matter how much of a hypocrite you seem to claim I am for claiming one of my degrees was awarded based on time, even though I have a certificate from the combat base and IBJJF saying what degree I am, it was in fact awarded on "time" and not personally by my professor so I did the honest thing and claimed that. You seem to have a huge problem with me being honest and you not and would rather me put something else

Considering my instructor physically put all three stripes on my belt, he literally gave me those stripes, if you want to go into semantics. Had I (and he) known he would come to Finland only later the same year, all three stripes would had been awarded at the same time anyways. If we do your interpretation of the semantics, I hade two promotions - one where I with permission put on the stripes myself (actually I never did, so was there no promotion of any sort at that date?) and another, at the same date as the third stripe, when he also put on stripe 1 & 2. Heck, it's stripes, not rocket science! But really, no matter how I would modify, it wouldn't make any difference, only reset my points. Which is why I personally try to make profile change corrections which won't trigger reverification. So please tell me if you have such a suggestion that you'd be ok with.

I would actually think it tidier myself with spread out time served degrees (with notes that I myself consider them preliminary and never wore them) and then go directly to 3:rd in person with Alexandre. Would you personally think that would look better?
