I am the owner and founder of Poseidon Martial Arts Academy in Stockhholm. We have one of the largest BJJ gyms in Sweden. I have more than 25 years of experience in martial arts both as a coach and competitor. As well as been an Globetrotter instructor, I used to be a member of the Swedish BJJ national team and up until recently the coach for the Swedish BJJ federation's national team. I´m a bit of a martial arts geek but also a certified Personal trainer, MovNat certified instructor and health coach.
