	"Juhana’s progression aligns with time-in-belt norms, with about 13 years total to black. Competition records on Smoothcomp show affiliates from Sports Academy No.1 promoting under similar lineage. Greger Forsell appears to have been at least a 2nd-degree black belt in July 2021, as external evidence from Polar Jiu Jitsu Team's website confirms his promotion to 3rd degree on November 30, 2023, implying prior degrees align with standard 3-year intervals since his black belt by 2010.
