We are a small, recreational bjj group of 10-15 peeps. Our approach is more „old school“ BJJ oriented style and we train just for fun with likeminded people in a positive training environment to shake the stress off after a hard day at work, to stay physically and mentally fit. Self defense readiness is just a side effect and bonus, but not the main priority. The focus of our training is to enjoy learning + training with nice people, have positive experiences and fun on the mat!
