We are a small hobby team, training "basic" Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a "recreational", sustainable level, 3 sessions a week! Our approach is a more „old school“, fundamentals oriented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu style. We train just for fun to shake the stress off after a hard day at work and to stay physically and mentally fit. We are not a "Competition Team" by any means, although some members of our team sometimes compete here and there successfully.That said, If you want to compete regularly or want to train other combat sports in addition, i would suggest training at teams or schools in our area, that offer more sessions, competition classes or additional wrestling, Judo, submission grappling or MMA classes. We teach neither Judo, wrestling nor MMA, only „old school“ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 3 times a week!
