We are just a small hobby team, training "basic" Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a "recreational", sustainable level, 3 sessions a week! Our approach is a more „old school“, basic BJJ oriented style. We train just for fun to shake the stress off after a hard day at work and to stay physically and mentally fit. We are not a "Competition Team" by any means, although some members of our team sometimes compete here and there and challenge themselves ….That said, If you want to compete regularly, i would suggest training at gyms or schools in our area, that offer more sessions a week, competition classes, additional wrestling + MMA classes, who are taught by BJJ and Luta Livre blackbelts and Wrestling Coaches almost everyday and focus on competition training. The maximum of BJJ training we offer as a hobbyist team, is 3 sessions a week, 90 Minutes each, so progress is way slower at our team in comparison to professional gyms or schools.
