Today we celebrate the 1-year anniversary of Beltchecker.com and what a first year it has been! What started as a small idea has already become a major player in the online BJJ community, and the growth does not seem to be stopping anytime soon as many new members register every day. Here are some of the amazing amounts of data we have registered just in the first year:
- 16,500+ activated users from over 3,800 academies
- 78,000 votes and over 5 MILLION voting points
- 25,000+ belt promotions
- Almost 20,000 medals
- 31,000+ training sessions
- 20,000+ forum posts
Beltchecker is built by members of the community and will be forever free to use and forever free from advertisement. Volunteers continue to work on improving and expanding the platform on a daily basis and we are looking forward to see how this will evolve in the future.
We have big plans for 2021 and are looking forward to tell you more about them at a later point. We have also recently launched Judochecker.com and Lutalivrechecker.com and we plan on expanding the platform to even more styles and communities in the future.

Yeah, Christian has done a great job with this site! Previously I was convinced that forums were conclusively killed off by Facebook (with one or two rare exceptions, like The Underground), but Beltchecker has totally bucked the trend. Plus it's got a load of cool features on top of the forum (but yeah, the forum is the main thing I like about it ;) ).
Cooool I don't train much Judo myself and focus on bjj, but I for sure will share the Judo Checker with the Judo guys and the Judo gym in my town and get them on it. You guys are doing a heck of a jobb and I love beltchecker. Awesome page and it od just getting better.
